I was browsing joshsfrogs.com after hearing people talk it up, and I figured I’d finally give it a shot. I had a few things in my cart and was kind of excited, but once I started comparing prices with a couple other sites, that excitement faded fast. Then shipping got added on, and the total just felt way higher than I expected.
Maybe their products are perfectly fine, and I’m not saying there’s anything terrible about them, but for what I was paying, I expected the value to feel a lot better. By the time I checked out, it felt like I was paying extra mostly because of the name. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again unless the prices make more sense

My order was almost exactly right and everything I received matched what I asked for. I’m happy with that, but I still had a slight feeling like something was missing from making the whole experience perfect

They’ve got a decent selection overall, which is nice when everything’s actually in stock. But yeah, a lot of the time the stuff I’m looking for is sold out, kind of frustrating, not gonna lie. Still worth checking out, just don’t get your hopes up too much.

The frog showed up looking sick, honestly... not at all what I was expecting. I was really hoping it would arrive healthy, but it was clearly in rough condition right out of the package

It did eventually show up, and everything worked out in the end, but the experience reminded me how much reliable shipping matters when you’re planning around an order. I wouldn’t say it was terrible, just frustrating enough that I wouldn’t count on it if you need something by a specific date.
